*🍀19- Neend Kam Karne Ki Aadat Daalen :* Agar aap 7 ghante sone ke aadi hen, to 5 ghante sone ki aadat daalein taake Ramzaan men mushkil ka saamna na karna pade; Albatta thakaawat se bachne ke liye din men thodi der qailoola karna masnoon bhi hai aur Tahajjud padhne mai mu'een-o-madadgaar bhi hai.

*🍀20- 40 Din Takbeer-e-Oola (Ya'ani Masjid Men Jama'at) Ke Saath Namaaz Padhen :* Iski badi fazeelat waarid hai, nez Maah-e-Sha'ban ke aakhri 10 din aur Ramzaan ke 30 dino men iska aehtemaam nisbatan zyaada aasaan hai. Lihaaza mard takbeer-e-oola ke saath panj waqta (paanch waqt ki) namaazein baa jamat padhne ki tarteeb banaaen aur khawateen ghar mai awwal waqt saari namaaz padhein.

*🍀21- Cigarette, Paan, Gutka Aur Niswaar Se Jaan Chudaaen :* Cigarette, paan, niswaar aur deegar nashaa aawar cheezon ka istemaal abhi se mahdood karen aur koshish karen ke inse jaan chuda li jaaye taake roze ki haalat mai kisi pareshaani ka saamna na karna pade.

Ramazaan-Ul-Mubaarak nasha aawar cheezon se jaan chudaane ka behtareen mauqa hai aur ismai himmat aur Allah ki madad mangte huwe in aafaat se baa aasani jaan chudayi jaa sakti hai.

*🍀22- Mulaqaaton Ka Silsila Mahdood Karen :* Ramzaan men taqaareeb, mulaqaaton aur da'waton ka silsila bilkul mahdood karden taake zyaada se zyaada waqt ibaadat mai sarf ho sake; Albatta bimaar ki iyaadat aur teemaardaari, isi tarah maiyyat ki tajheez-o-takfeen aur namaaz-e-janaaza men shirkat ke mawaaqe jitne mil sakein ghaneemat jaanen.

*🍀23- Choti Choti Soorten Zubaani Yaad Karen :* Qura'an-e-Paak ki choti choti soorten abhi se yaad karna shuru karein taake nawafil, Tahajjud, Taraweeh men ye soorten padhi jaa sakein. Aam taur par sirf do ya teen soorten yaad hoti hain, unhi ko baar baar dohrayaa jaata hai, jo misaali tarz-e-amal nahi hai. Isliye Ramzaan aane se pehle kuch choti soorten achchi tajweed aur makharij ke saath yaad karlen.

*🍀24- Kam Khaane Ki Aadat Daalen :* Sha'baan men khaane ki miqdaar khaas tanaasub se kam karen. Ghiza men sabzi, doodh, phal aur khajoor ka istemaal zyaada rakhen taake sahet-o-tawanaayi barqaraar rahe aur Ramzaan tak aap kam khaane ke aadi ban jaaen. Nez zyaada khaane ka bojh, bad hazmi aur susti ibaadat men rukaawat na bane.
